Cream of leek and potato soup with chive cream
Antipasto of cured meats with various pickled condiments and marinated artichokes
Mussel and clam risotto cakes, salad leaves, tomato and chilli salsa
duck and green peppercorn terrine with cranberry relish and croutons

Goats cheese and tomato tapenade wrapped in brick pastry
with honey and balsamic dressings

King crab, coriander, chilli, ginger and lemon tian with rouille sauce

Char-grilled rump steak, grilled tomato, flat mushroom and green peppercorn sauce
Pan-fried fillet of salmon with saffron risotto and chive cream sauce
Asparagus and ricotta tortilla pasta with vine tomato sauce, basil oil and parmesan

Classic Chicken Chasseur with herbed fettuccini pasta

Crispy duck leg confit, vegetable polenta and wild mushroom sauce
