Marinated olives, freshly baked baguette, butter and balsamic olive oil
 - £1.50 per person

Starters:
Potato and watercress soup with chive and mustard cream
Grilled Portuguese sardines with garlic and herb butter
Smooth chicken liver and Armagnac parfait with Nooky Delight port jelly
and crispy croutons
Goats cheese wrapped in cured ham with honey and balsamic dressings
 
Main Courses:
Asparagus and ricotta tortelli with vine tomato sauce, basil olive oil and parmesan
Pan fried fillet of salmon with creamed leeks, saffron and dill sauce
Pan-fried suprème of chicken with sun-blushed tomato risotto,
wild mushroom cream sauce

Char-grilled rump steak, fondant potato, flat mushroom, tomato and peppercorn sauce

Grilled whole trout with pak choi, king prawns, coriander, chilli and ginger butter

Main courses dishes are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Desserts:
Selection of cheeses, water biscuits, homemade fruit chutney
Warm peaches in a passionfruit and cinnamon syrup, vanilla ice cream
Selection of ice cream and sorbet
Vanilla panna cotta with strawberries marinated in balsamic vinegar and basil
