Char-grilled loin of pork steak, cassoulet of beans, Parmesan and carbonnara sauce

Pan-fried fillet of salmon, sauteed pak choi, saffron and dill sauce

Slowly braised venison and bison cooked in red wine,
smoked bacon and vegetable sauce, herbed fettuccini

Fillet of Cornish cod wrapped in pancetta, chive mash,
vine tomato sauce

Chargrilled 8oz rump steak, fondant potato, Chasseur sauce
