It was an extremely difficult task to decide on which dishes should
be featured in our menus. With the change from a specifically French
restaurant to one that would be serving 'international cuisine with an
Australian flair' the world was Head Chef Stuart Shepherd's oyster.
However, that meant there were dozens of suggestions not only on his
list but also on that made by the owners who wanted to include the more
popular items from their
'down under'. In the end everyone realised we should start off by
designing a similar menu to that enjoyed for many years by all the
restaurant's existing customers, introducing just a few new and more
international dishes and a few that would be considered typically
Australian. That leaves a large number of other wonderful ideas to be
substituted in the future!
We will of course always be open to hearing about our patrons' own
preferences and to catering to any special dietary needs if we are told
about them in advance.
